The site has been dressed up to be more reader friendly, more easy to navigate, and generally just a little better looking. The main thing is that I’ve switched from Iweb’s blog module to WordPress which is a massive improvement. This allows commenting in a much more straightforward way and makes it easier to search through blog posts. Please update your addresses and feeds. The address of the new blog is: www.patternwhichconnects.com/remembering. The feedburner feed is: patternwhichconnects/aEgl. I’ve also moved my research diary, if you subscribe to that the new feed is: https://patternwhichconnects.com/phd/diary_2/rss.xml.
I’ve added a few new pages which makes it easier to get around the nooks and crannies of PatternWhichConnects. Have a look around and see what you think. And please let me know if you find any broken links or other faults. Hope you like the changes.

Thanks for the comments coming from various corners. The main thing I take from these responses is that it is slightly confusing to have two different navigation bars. This happens because the blog is on WordPress while I do the rest of the site in Iweb. I haven’t really got the time to work this out properly at the moment so for now I’ve changed the WordPress nav bar so that it displays the same icons as on the Iweb pages. Hopefully that gives a sense that despite the different looks it is all part of one site. There is still some work to be done on standardising fonts and getting higher resolution buttons on the WordPress nav bar but that has to wait until I find the time. Cheers for the feedback, hope the new WordPress menu improves the navigation a little.
